I wasn't looking for a name. It found me.

Rememb.earth came to me unexpectedly at the end of a breathwork journey during my facilitator training in Spain. What started as a single word became the expression of a much bigger journey - from constantly doing and pushing to learning how to listen to my body, my breath and what was already within me.

Rememb.earth wasn't a name I sat down and tried to create.

It came to me at the end of a breathwork journey during my training in Spain. I was lying there after breathing, feeling and releasing - and somehow, the word just came.

At first, I didn't fully understand why. But the more I sat with it, the more it felt like it held everything I had been moving towards for the past few years.

From doing to feeling

For a long time, I knew how to do. To work. To achieve. To push. To stay busy. To keep going.

I spent five years working in communication and events in Switzerland, until my body eventually had its own way of asking me to listen. Movement was one of my first ways back.

What started with physical training slowly opened the door to something deeper: the nervous system, somatics, breathwork and the connection between what we feel and what the body holds. And somewhere along that journey, I started realizing that maybe we don't always need to become more. Sometimes, we need to REMEMBER.

Remember. Earth.

Remember the breath we forget when life gets loud. Remember the body we've learned to ignore. Remember how to feel instead of trying to understand everything.

And remember that we are nature too.

The ocean, mountains, bare feet on the ground, sitting around a fire - nature has always had a way of bringing me back to something simple.

Everything moves in cycles. Growing. Resting. Letting go. Beginning again.

And so do we. We are part of the Earth - made of the same elements, moving through the same cycles, carrying the same intelligence. Remembering our connection to nature is also a way of remembering our own nature.

That's what Rememb.earth means to me.

A space to explore breath, body, movement, nature and connection.

Not to become someone new.

But to create enough space to listen to what has been there all along.

Your body knows the way.
